The core activities of the company are providing Training; Management; and Facilities; to the Third (voluntary) Sector as well as support for those unemployed and with disabilities.
BSEL was formed in 1985 in response to growing unemployment amongst young people. It is a not-for-profit company, limited by guarantee and a registered charity.
The company continues to deliver its projects and services to meet the needs of today through its three operational strands, Training, Management and Facilities.
